W H O ? I was born in 1972 in Glasgow, Scotland and now live in Edinburgh. Altogether, I’ve been recording for more than 15 years now. I also curated the techNOH online mp3 label between 2000 and 2003. Its releases are being made available again, with thanks to my friend Jos Smolders of EARLabs.

with Richard Youngs on the Radios series, a ten album set of conceptual releases, each focussed on a particular set of sound sources, processes and the notion of chiasmus. Eight albums have so far been recorded and released.
with Alistair Crosbie in Inversion, an electronic call-it-what-you-will duo, which recorded constantly over a number of years but released very little indeed...; in Fifth House, an improvising piano and guitar outfit; and, more recently, under our own names.
with Alistair Crosbie and Murray Johnston in No Input, a one-off improvising trio utilising a variety of electronic devices. No Input recorded one album 04082001, released at the end of 2001, and are now no more.
